We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition, without defects, or we will replace the product at our expense.
Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping fees are capped at 10% of the order total for all orders under $500. Out of state retailers payment is due in full before orders ship. All shipments within the continental United States are handled via FedEx Ground or common carrier for larger orders. We are happy to ship via your carrier if you provide your account number.
We offer different shipping promotions throughout the year during show seasons. Please contact us or your sales rep, to inquire on any specials.
You may exchange unopened/unused items after your purchase from the retailer you bought your True North Candle within the store’s required exchange return policy. We accept returns for defects if needed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing or purchase slip. You will need to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, broken or misdirected returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. You should expect to receive your return within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
